Editorial Policy

How we compile, score, and publish our real estate SEO agency rankings — and how we protect editorial independence.

Independence Declaration

Real Estate SEO Services .ae operates as an independent editorial publication. All rankings and assessments are produced without financial participation from any ranked agency. We do not accept payment for ranking position, editorial coverage, or any form of preferential treatment. This policy applies unconditionally — there are no exceptions, tiers, or "partner" arrangements that influence placement.

Ranking Criteria

Agencies are evaluated against six criteria, each weighted according to its impact on real estate SEO outcomes in the UAE market:

  • Local SEO Depth (20%) — Google Business Profile optimization quality, UAE area-specific keyword targeting, Arabic-language local SEO capability, and coverage across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other UAE markets.
  • Technical SEO Capability (25%) — Core Web Vitals performance on agency-managed client sites, structured data implementation quality, crawl efficiency and indexation health, and mobile-first implementation.
  • Content Expertise (20%) — Property listing optimization depth, area guide content strategy, long-tail keyword coverage for UAE real estate buyer journeys, and bilingual content production capability.
  • Proven Results (25%) — Third-party verifiable organic traffic growth, ranking improvements on competitive UAE terms, documented cost-per-lead improvements, and client retention rates.
  • GEO Readiness (5%) — Demonstrated capability or documented methodology for Generative Engine Optimization for real estate content.
  • Agency Focus and Specialization (5%) — Depth of real estate vertical specialization versus generalist agency model; presence or absence of distraction from competing service lines (e.g., PPC-heavy agencies that deprioritize SEO).

Research and Data Sources

Our evaluation draws on: publicly available organic traffic and keyword data from third-party SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs); technical site health assessments run against agency-managed client sites; structured data validation using Google's Rich Results Test; Core Web Vitals data from Google Search Console public data and PageSpeed Insights; agency published case studies cross-referenced against third-party data; and direct outreach to agency clients where publicly available contact information permits.

Review Frequency

Rankings are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Each quarterly review assesses whether the relative ranking of any agency should change based on new results data, changes in agency services or focus, new agencies entering the market, or changes in the UAE real estate SEO competitive landscape. Material changes are published with an updated date noted prominently on the ranking page.

Agency Submission Process

Agencies not currently ranked who wish to be considered for inclusion in future editions can submit a request to editor@real-estate-seo-services.ae with the subject line "Agency Submission." We review all submissions against the same criteria applied to ranked agencies. Submission does not guarantee inclusion and does not influence ranking position for currently ranked agencies. We typically process submissions within 45 days of receipt.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Members of our editorial team are prohibited from holding financial interests in any agency covered on this site, from accepting gifts or hospitality from agencies, and from engaging in commercial relationships with agencies in ways that could influence editorial assessment. Any potential conflicts identified by team members must be disclosed to the editorial lead and will result in recusal from relevant assessments. This policy is reviewed annually.

Corrections Policy

We are committed to factual accuracy. If you identify an error in any ranking, assessment, or factual statement on this site, please contact editor@real-estate-seo-services.ae with supporting evidence. We will investigate all correction requests and, if the reported error is confirmed, publish a correction and update the relevant content within 14 working days.
